At Sensory Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward sensory apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensory-friendly labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
